Attractive annual chrysanthemum, native to Europe and Northern Asia. Traditionally a garden plant of Europe, today is better known as a popular Asian green. Grows well in mild or slightly coolish climates, quickly flowering in warm summer conditions producing beautiful yellow flowers with white tipped petals. Spicy, sweet, and aromatic leaves are great in salad, stir-fries, and soups. Rich in minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. Seeds are sown in early spring and/or fall.
